Shipping and Handling

Immediate Shipping, Guaranteed Delivery

All orders will be processed immediately. Orders will ship with in 48 hours of the time your order is received. Our shipping rates reflect only the price of shipping hidden shipping costs do not make happy fish. There are no hidden fees. We ship the majority of our orders by standard ground, two day and priority overnight services. We use shipping services including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We use multiple carriers in an effort to keep costs to you at a minimum. In some cases it is more cost effective to ship large or irregular items with a carrier that specializes in shipping such items. The only instance in which an order won’t be insured is when it is being shipped to an APO address. All other standard orders will be insured.

Returns

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item your ordered from MVMarine does not meet the items description, or is defective we will refund 100% of your purchase price.

Don't Forget To Get A Return Authorization! Please contact us prior to returning the products for instructions and a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Merchandise returns cannot be accepted without an RMA #. MVMarine must receive the product(s) authorized for return within 30 days of receipt. All The product(s) must be double boxed. Do not use the product box for shipping. Please print the RMA# on the outside of all returning parcels. Packages without a clearly marked, valid Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender. Refunds will only be issued after a Return Authorization Number has been obtained. RMA numbers are issued via e-mail. You may e-mail our returns dept. at info@mvmarine.com

When returning undamaged merchandise, it must be resalable; to be unopened and in the originally sealed packaging. Please DO NOT remove the tag on the item or damage the packaging. Once the tag is removed or packaging opened, MVMarine will not accept the item for a return. Upon receipt of the item MVMarine will issue a refund for the original purchase less shipping and 15% restocking fee.

Returns must: 0. Be in original packaging which includes all internal packing 0. Be in original box, undamaged and unmarked. Please take care of the display box. Do not use the product box for shipping. All The product(s) must be double boxed with the corresponding RMA displayed on the outside of the return box. Returns shipped in the display box will be refused and returned to the sender. 0. Include all accessories, paperwork, instructions and warranty cards. 0. Product must be resalable as new merchandise. 0. When packaging merchandise for return, please provide adequate protection to ensure all pieces arrive in new, resalable condition. We are not responsible for damage in transit due to poor or inadequate packaging. 0. Credit will be less shipping and any applicable restocking fees. We impose a restocking fee of 15% for all returns.

Orders that have been shipped but not yet received by you cannot be cancelled. Once received items you return them within the terms of this document once you receive the merchandise. For your security, please return the package to us with a "signature confirmation" by an insured courier and retain your receipt/tracking information. This will protect you in case your item is lost in transit or in house.

Please Note:
 Returns are subject to approval and any duties/taxes or customs fees are non-refundable. Other restrictions may apply. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier. We will provide you full assistance in exchanging your purchase. You must call for an RMA prior to returning damaged merchandise. Items returned without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender. Damaged merchandise may be exchanged for a replacement item without a restocking fee. For all purchases damaged in shipping we will credit you the shipping costs you incurred to ship the package back and will cover the UPS Ground postage to get it to you. We stand behind our merchandise and want to make shipping issues as transparent as possible. Restocking fees apply if returning damaged merchandise for cash credit. Exchanges are exempt
